 Breakout 1

Brewing the Winning Blend: Unleashing the Best in Winner Awareness
Lottery winners are everywhere. Some win a little. Some win a lot. Some play every day and some win on their very first try. No matter who they are or how they play, celebrating and publicizing winner stories – both the player and retailer – is an essential function of every lottery marketing and communications team. This panel will focus on the best ways to use winner content and the best ways to create winner awareness, for anonymous and public wins.

 Breakout 2
Savoring Success: Brewing the Perfect Recipe for Retail Incentives

Are all your retailers performing at their best? Do they ask every player about adding Power Play or Megaplier? Are they following ticket planograms? Would they do better with the help of an extra incentive? Maybe some extra cash, free tickets, merchandise, or a fancy light-up ticket menu board would be enough for some retailers to give a little extra love to lottery, resulting in helping you to achieve your goals. In this breakout session you'll learn about some creative ideas to enhance retailer compensation. You'll hear from several lotteries about successful retailer short-term incentives or promotions where retailers were compensated a little extra for going the extra mile. Maybe it will spark some takeaways you can use too!

 Breakout 3

Aroma of Opportunity: Tempting Lotto Promotions and Special Offers

As with any product, sometimes sales are high and sometimes sales are low; sometimes a product will coast just fine on its own, and sometimes it needs a little push. Lottery games are no different. With ever-growing competition from outside the lottery, not to mention the large number of lottery games being offered, some lotto games just need a little something to bring players back, or to get new players on board, even if only offered for a limited time. In this session, we will hear from lotteries about the limited time promotions and strategies that brought out the best in their games, through excitement, innovation, and the chance for players to get more bang for their buck.

We’ve all done it. You know, dropped the F-Bomb. No, not that F*%#-Bomb – the one that is so much more than a simple word, the one that comes with all sorts of complexity … FIT. A candidate looks fantastic on paper, but then you wonder, will they “fit”? When you use the F-Bomb are you considering your identities, influence, or impact in a hiring process? Join Lo Klink to learn more about this concept and how it can be harmful or helpful to our hiring processes.
